Obviously that is within the design, and no purpose rather than oversight in manufacturing small print.
The Good: this chair is very comfy, it can be a great studying chair or wonderful TV chair, which is why I purchased it.
I went to fashion designer retailers within the Helms Bakery District in LA to sit down on this same chair earlier than I purchased it as return delivery would cost nearly as much as the chair so I needed to make sure I appreciated it.
